Ivan Orsini
Ivan’s journey into hospitality began unexpectedly behind the bar of his own concept store—an experience that sparked a lasting passion.
From consulting on bar openings in Canada to working with leading hotels such as Mandarin Oriental, The Savoy, Claridge's and Corinthia London, he has developed a refined approach to luxury service and cocktail innovation.
Today, he serves as UK Brand Ambassador for Flor de Caña, sharing his global expertise through guest shifts, masterclasses and international partnerships.

Operations & Systems Lead
Luca Cicalese
Luca began his career in Milan, combining hospitality studies with early experience alongside brands such as Campari and Dolce & Gabbana.
With over a decade of international experience, he has worked in award-winning bars and five-star hotels, including the American Bar at The Savoy during its time as World’s Best Bar. In 2022, he joined forces with Salvatore Calabrese, further expanding his creative direction. A natural problem-solver, Luca brings an innovative and collaborative approach to every project.
He now oversees the Century Bar at Gleneagles in Auchterarder, bringing a refined and innovative approach to modern luxury hospitality.

Service & Product Lead
Angelo Sparvoli
Angelo began his career in Italy in 2013, quickly developing a strong passion for hospitality and guest experience. His path took him from Italy to Portugal and ultimately to London, where he joined the American Bar at The Savoy, progressing from barback to bartender during its most awarded years. Following notable experiences at Kwant and St James Bar, he returned in 2024 as the 14th Head Bartender of the American Bar.
In 2026, he launched Angelo Sparvoli Hospitality, delivering discreet private hospitality services for UHNW clients and luxury brands, while continuing to operate internationally through guest shifts and collaborations.
